HYUNDAI Welding Electrode, S-316L.16N, 2.6×300 mm, Hermetically Sealed Can. 10 kg Box, 2.5 kg Packet. AWS A5.4/ ASME SFA5.4 E316L-16. Made in Korea.

The HYUNDAI S-316L.16N Welding Electrode (Part No. K10000537) is a premium AWS A5.4 / ASME SFA5.4 E316L-16 rutile-coated stainless steel electrode designed for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) of AISI 316, 316L, 318, and similar molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels. Engineered for critical industrial welding applications, it provides outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and smooth welding characteristics.

With a 2.6 mm diameter and 300 mm length, the electrode is ideal for welding thin to medium-thickness stainless steel materials. The low-carbon (L) weld deposit minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion while offering excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and aggressive chemical environments.

The S-316L.16N electrode provides easy arc ignition, a stable arc, low spatter, and easy slag removal, producing smooth, clean weld beads with an attractive finish. Suitable for all-position welding, it is widely used in chemical processing plants, petrochemical industries, food and beverage equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, marine fabrication, offshore structures, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and stainless steel piping systems.

Supplied in hermetically sealed cans, the electrodes are protected against moisture absorption, ensuring optimum welding performance, extended shelf life, and reliable quality even in humid environments. Each 10 kg box contains four 2.5 kg hermetically sealed packets, making storage and handling convenient for professional users.
